Connect financial and workforce information to build an evidence base for headcount and pay decisions.
Connect financial and workforce evidence to company-specific job architecture. Extend it into AI-assisted drafts and selected HR workflows across hiring, assessment, development and rewards, with expert review before important decisions.
Tier 1 insight → Tier 2 job architecture & HR operations → Tier 3 prediction & action. Current development and validation status is disclosed below.
Move beyond the report: connect findings to job-level standards and repeatable HR processes.
More than a dashboard. Connect workforce evidence, job-based standards and AI-assisted workflows to decisions your team can explain and act on.
Connect financial and workforce information to build an evidence base for headcount and pay decisions.
Compare how pay and labour-cost assumptions affect costs and profitability before deciding.
Use a company-specific job architecture to connect hiring, assessment, development and pay.
AI assists with document drafts and repeatable tasks, while people review consequential decisions.
These are intended benefits, not guaranteed improvements. Actual results depend on data quality, scope and implementation, and should be measured after adoption.
SATURNLAB is more than a labour-cost calculator. Tier 1 examines workforce, pay, and cost-efficiency questions. Tier 2 connects the findings to company-specific job standards and HR operations. Tier 3 extends the evidence into future scenarios and expert-reviewed actions.
Headcount direction, pay-cost scenarios and human-capital efficiency in one integrated executive assessment.
Define jobs around your company, then connect diagnostic issues to hiring, performance, development, rewards, and exit workflows.
Talent-fit insights, workforce scenarios, conflict-risk analysis and AI-drafted plans requiring expert approval.
AI supports all three tiers rather than forming a separate service tier. Actual automation coverage depends on product development and validation.
For Korean operations, ongoing HR management is supported by the existing labour advisory practice through a monthly retainer. Consultations support day-to-day decisions; on-site assessments depend on the agreed scope.

Tier 1 is one integrated diagnostic service—not three separate calculators. It joins headcount direction, compensation scenarios and human-capital efficiency into an executive report. Financial and workforce data are reviewed at the company level, with expert sign-off before customer release.
Korean methodology: four input datasets (financial statements, P&L, headcount, payroll summary), generally five years / minimum three. Global benchmarks and ML performance require separate validation.

The same job reference supports two complementary workflows
Adapt NCS references to company roles, subject to expert confirmation.
Link the numerical diagnosis to job-level questions, not automatic decisions.
Review role requirements and whether development, deployment or hiring standards need attention.
Reuse one approved job definition across HR activities.
Reduce repetitive document work. Important people decisions are never automatically approved.
Job purpose · capabilities · performance standards become the shared reference.
Review, adapt and approve drafts before they inform hiring, assessment or development.

Concept-only workflow, not a live product demonstration. Release and automation scope require expert and operational validation. AI workflow previews are illustrative; launch scope remains subject to testing.
“Which jobs, capabilities, and HR processes can address what the data reveals?”
Tier 2 starts with company-specific job architecture and job descriptions. Experts design and confirm the standards; HR teams then use them across hiring, assessment, development, rewards and exit processes. AI-assisted drafts, recommendations and selected workflow automation are being designed; HR and experts review outputs before use.
Map Tier 1 workforce, pay, and efficiency findings to relevant jobs, capabilities, and process-improvement questions.
Reuse approved job descriptions for recruiting drafts, assessment criteria, learning suggestions and job-level pay bands.
NCS levels 1–8 apply to the Korean design. No individual salary or Compa-Ratio analysis. International job mapping requires separate local validation.
Tier 2 at a glance
Adapt the Korean NCS reference to real company jobs, with expert approval.
Structure job purpose, capability units, levels and observable criteria.
Prepare job-based vacancy posts, interview questions and assessment-form drafts.
Experts design behavioral criteria; teams keep results from their own assessment process.
Recommend training using gaps between required and observed capability levels.
Support job-level pay bands and progression criteria using NCS levels 1–8 in Korea.
Support checklists, deadlines and template documents; no automated legal judgements.
“What could happen next—and what should leadership review now?”
Tier 3 is the future extension of the job and workforce evidence created by earlier stages. It is designed to examine talent fit, organizational scenarios and conflict risks, and then prepare action-plan drafts for expert confirmation—not to automate employee-level decisions.
Future capability concept. No individual attrition probability, no individual compensation modelling, and no unapproved automatic actions.

This interactive arithmetic example illustrates people-cost scenarios only. SATURNLAB’s broader architecture connects Tier 1 integrated diagnosis, Tier 2 job-based HR operations, and Tier 3 scenarios and reviewed actions.
All other revenues and expenses remain unchanged in this simplified illustration.

At a 3% increase, annual people costs rise by $72,000, reducing operating profit by the same amount if all other factors stay constant.
How it is calculated: new people cost = $2.4M × (1 + selected rate); illustrative operating profit = $1.7M − added cost; margin = illustrative profit ÷ $14.8M. There is no causal prediction, industry benchmark, tax adjustment or workforce-size recommendation in this demo. Source figures are fictional.
This numerical explorer illustrates only the total people-cost scenario portion of Tier 1. It does not calculate the other two diagnoses or represent an approved ML model.
Alongside data-led diagnosis and job-based HR operations, SATURNLAB brings in the existing Korean labour advisory practice through a monthly retainer. Expert guidance helps keep day-to-day HR decisions and processes on a sound footing.
Korean labour professionals respond to questions on employment contracts, pay, working time and other routine issues. SATURNLAB supports consultation intake and records without replacing professional judgement.
Practitioner-led visits cover 12 areas of Korean employment and labour risk. Visits and detailed scope depend on company size and contractual arrangements.
Monthly advisory coverage and inclusion of on-site assessments are confirmed in the service agreement. Korean professional credentials do not constitute a licence to advise on other countries’ employment laws.
Hiring, compensation, and workforce design shape the financial future of a company. But too often, the figures and the management decisions live in different conversations.
Test the financial consequences of cost growth instead of relying on one headline percentage.

Explore our new approachWe are not here to add one more tool to an old routine. We want to bring workforce data, job architecture and AI-assisted workflows together—and shape a better way of managing people with the companies we serve.
Connect business, finance and workforce data so experience is backed by clearer reasoning.
Build company-specific job architecture to link hiring, performance, development and rewards.
Let AI assist with drafts and repetitive tasks, while people review consequential decisions.
This is a new path for SATURNLAB, too. Every company faces different challenges, and no single template fits them all. We want to start with real business questions, refine job standards together and learn how AI can make HR work better—one practical improvement at a time.
Data and AI outputs remain subject to human review. The global SaaS is still in development and validation; country-specific applicability must be assessed separately.
We believe readiness, coverage and data boundaries should be explicit before anyone makes a purchasing decision.

No. It only demonstrates how four hypothetical changes in total annual people costs affect operating profit under stated assumptions. Our Tier 1 direction framework does not claim to predict an exact number of employees.
The product direction is to use relevant financial and HR data without replacing existing systems. Actual integrations and supported file formats depend on implementation and security review.
The Korean Tier 1 design combines four sources: financial statements, an income statement, headcount information and payroll records. Analysis is based on company-level aggregates. Before using any real customer records, data processing, minimisation, access and retention arrangements must be agreed.
Not on the basis of Korean professional credentials alone. For Korean operations, monthly labour advisory is provided within the agreed service scope. Local laws, benchmarking sources and professional requirements must be reviewed separately for each new country.
Financial and people data do not provide all the context needed for workforce decisions. In SATURNLAB's service design, experts review assumptions, exceptions and recommendations before they are released as confirmed results.
